Introduction: Papillary thyroid microcarcinomas (PTMC) usually manifest a slow progression, commonly displaying local-regional extension, contributing to a generally favorable prognosis. However, certain instances are complicated by lymph node metastasis, a pivotal factor influencing therapeutic strategies.
